I've been reading this board for the past 2 weeks and I decided to join. I'm 21 years old and I've had very annoying floaters, mainly in the left eye, for a month and a half.

My situation is a little unique. I just started noticing a dark floater and several small transparent ones in my right eye. I have seen my optometrist recently and he dilated my pupils to check for any retina tears.
