			<description><![CDATA[ I had surgery November 4th and I know its early but I&#39;m very worried about what I&#39;m seeing.  From what I&#39;ve read my eye does not seem to have the
typical &quot;blood inflamation cells&quot; that have been described by others.

Well I wish I could say my third FOV went as smooth as my last two but so far it has not.  Apparently as the infusion was being taken out it opened up some
blood in my eye.  My eye is now loaded with blood floaters which far outnumber the floaters I had before going in.  My eye sight is very, very blurry right
now.

Dr Mackool did however say that these blood floaters will eventually dissolve. I just got home a couple hours ago so I&#39;m hoping slowly but... ]]></description>

cataracts. All they talk about is that it&#39;s for Age-related Macular Degeneration. It&#39;s such a depressing news for me. It was our closest hope for
cataract prevention. If Othera Pharmaceuticals Inc doesn&#39;t even imply that it can be useful for cataract prevention, what&#39;s there to wait for anymore?

			<title><![CDATA[ Synchrony IOL becoming available in Europe! ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ This is great news for floater sufferers, since down the road after FOV we are more than likely to have cataracts. But the Synchrony IOL is the best
accomodative IOL developed so far--providing pretty decent accomodation. Allowing cataract patients to read without glasses, and avoiding the low contrast,
inadequate night vision problems of multifocal IOLs. Synchrony is supposed to be available in the US in a year or two as well. This is a great complement to a
FOV.
