Please remember that there are very many varying degrees of floaters. I had many floaters all of my life which although a bit annoying were fine to live with. I noticed them but not 'all of the time' and they were much smaller, less dense and lighter. In fact most people I know have them and they are just small things that you only see in certain lighting conditions. When mine became much more severe a year and a half ago I can't tell you the difference to what I see know and what I saw then. It is like comparing two different species. A totally different condition.

Re: suiside vs vitrectomy. No contest.

Suiside is an extreme measure.

Where there's life there's hope.
