It´s the best source of proper knowledge on how to deal with floaters. I am following her advices. After 15 years of every day coffee, kicked the coffee completely, not a drop, same with alcohol, try eating healty, SWIM, read the books she recommended, follow advices in there. Check your LIVER. Check the liver enzymes. Don´t become night person. I was one for a long time, I think it was a contributing factor in developing floaters. Start living as healty as you can. Read.
