Well, for the floaters confirmed gone, we might have to ask around. I have heard one story from someone, but I have not yet validated with her if her floaters were completely gone. However she told me it was a problem in a bad part of her life and that they were gone but it took a lot of time. She is not a person as "formal" as me with details, so maybe they have not disappeared totally, but enough for her. But still, one day I am gonna bring back the subject. But I think we need to talk to people outside of this forums to validate. Someone who have had floaters, wait... have had ANNOYING floaters and then disappeared, might not even come to this forum. At least not a lot of them will.
I am saying ANNOYING floaters because for example when I was young, I was seeing a floater from time to time for SOME SECONDS... it was even probably something I found interesting/fun when it happened. But it was not like it was staying there LONG, and it was not annoying me at all for these reason. This was a completely different situation than now, where I see floaters on a daily basis and that they annoy my "normal" way to look, move, live, etc.
However, if they claims this, there must be people that their ANNOYING FLOATERS (validate first) have either disappeared or faded so much to the point they barely see them anymore.
You can be afraid to talk of the problems with people around you. Especially to not annoy them. But do it with a curious attitude instead of complaining of the floater problems. I personally found that a lot of people have them when talking, but they are far from all being annoyed by them (but some are) or seeing them often.
