I don't remember where I read that a study, I think in the USA, reflects that every optometrician has aprox. 14 persons that ask them about having floaters every month!!!! We are a lot, but as Lune say, we are not only ignored, we are also like "exiled", we don't have right to be bad or to talk about it. When you see a person than can't walk properly you don't say him "f***k you, I can't see properly too and I don't let everyone to know as you" don't? We are like the depressive, the fibromialgic... we have an illness than the rest of people can't see, and perhaps it is the effort to understand what we are suffering what they make them "not like" us. Well, it's only a theory.
