Hi Johan,
Cool. Sometime at beginning of the summer for one day only, I felt something different. Then the day after it was very annoying when playing sport. And I don't get hyped fast but it did not help to get a very good day then a very bad. But then some days after... it started going better (a bit more transparent or bearable) and it lasted. They are still quite annoying, but I can play sports outside and forget them a little. But they still piss me off a lot.
I also felt that when it was very sunny and blue outside, that I was supporting them more (than gray / cloudy days for example).
As for nutrition... I began to eat a bit more meat and feel better at some time. One of these Cambodian beef stew at some restaurant near me gave me a good feeling. Maybe it is just a perception. But a lot of them go through our head at the same time.
But is our nutrition changed something or is it only time? It will be very hard to prove, unless we really find a way to replicate this with multiple people or really get rid of our floaters.
Of course trying to stay in health, eat well, sleep well, etc., etc. doing all the right things should not hurt!
Now let us know also about Bioptron... if that can really help the eyes. I read it can help damaged cell, but it cannot relive the dead cell.
// I still have to make my own floater diary (I write a lot like you sometime, but I wanted to do it as short as possible with only essential)... I still have emails I sent myself and I have to compile... but with time I will forget if I don't start soon. It makes almost 1 year now that these floaters are playing with my quality of life!
Well great to know you feel better! Personally, I would wait a couple weeks before thinking it is better. Because one or two days might just be influenced by how it is outside, how you feel, etc., but you will soon see if it last.
