Hi Frank. I am glad you see some first little improvemets. I am convinced your improvement will be proceed. I had some less problems with my kidneys but as I found out it wasn´t caused by silicium and my kidneys improved again now. When I am reducing my Si dosage my floaters becomes worse so, I have reverted to my higher dosage. What worsens my situation with floaters quite visibly are any viroses. I had just now one of them and I suffered with a quite strong headache for several days. After that my floaters worsened a little but I think my situation will improve soon again.
I had several another supportive methods for improvement eyes´ conditon that I could offer you. Today I would talk about acupressure of the ocular points. This method is very simple but suprisingly effective. These acupressure points are situated at legs, in area of soles. There are 2 points at each sole, thus altogether 4 of them. They are situated at forefingers and ringfingers at both soles exactly in the places at the joints by which are the toes connected to the soles. I hope you understand me. Sorry for my English it isn´t my native language. So, you should take these joint between thumb and forefinger of your hand simultaneously from above and below opposite and against oneselves and push them at least 50 times quite strongly. Gradually do it for all 4 joints at your legs. This pressing (pushing) will be aching you. The worse the condition of your eyes is the more this pushing of these points (joints) will be aching. And this pressing do once or twice per day, so that 50 - 100 times per day. If you would give me e-mail address I would send you some maps with these points but the description won´t be in English but never mind from the pictures you would understand all if you wouldn´t be able to catch it from my description. Do this massage for some time and you will see how it will be helping to your eyes too. Rad
