Good video and good description. I now understand what you are seeing. But I am not seeing that, that was terrible mate. I for gods sake hope I won't have that also. What I meant are transparent things moving when it gets dark, it feels like a video game when something is "cloaked" you know - like half invisible you can only see the "shape" of it transparent as glass moving, lots of it, and the background through the "transparent" floater gets diffuse.
Back to your effect I must say this was something new to me, I do not know if this is asteroid bodies but I do not believe this is floaters - by the way you describe and the looks of the effect it looks like some kind of "moving" flashes. I do not know if you experience it as flashes or if it is just "white dots" moving as you showed me in the video. Once I visited an ophtalmologist due to my PVD and he mentioned I had a "blood" spot on my retina - I feared it might be a tear. He said that it looks like my vitreous is pulling on the sides of the retina and this could cause some kind of flashing effect. Anyway by the way that video looks I must say it looks pretty concerning - have you recently checked your retina to see if there's been any changes? If not - why don't you go check it just, just for safety. Those "moving" lightspots don't seem to be quite friendly as usual floaters only cast a black shadow on our retina which is what we experience as the dust we see. If what you see is "light" and it's moving like that - it can either be some kind of migraine, do you have migraine? Because people with migraine get weird lightning effects. Or maybe it can be some other condition. I doubt that it is dangerous though but your best shot is to go check your retina for tears / pulling on the sides and check your eyepressure. Just have everything checked with your eyes - since this doesnt't happen "often" as long as it is not anything serious you don't need to worry about it, but have your eyes checked.
If I find out anything more about it I'll post.
