After 2 weeks of the Milkyway-test the results are following...
The eyevision are clearer than before the test started and the it feels better in front of brighter things as Computers an most
of all sunny days and clear skyes.
From the start the bigger/fatter floatres begun to fade aswell,but they are not going away totaly so far..
The result are in my own test much better than iv'e thought when i'm started to drink this quantity of milk every day.
As i was written before i'm no't an scientist !!
But my own best guess is that our bodies has a to low intace of the B12-Vitamins ?
The milk products contains A-D and B12 everywhere in the world.
It also contains Calcium,Riboflavin etc.
On the Milk-package in my country (sweden) ther are written the RDI intake/daily for a adult person.
( RDI = Recommended Daily Intake )
And here are the recommendations for each part of contense..( 100g / 100ml / 1/5 of an Pint )
A-Vitamins = 4% of RDI
D-Vitamins = 8% of RDI
B12-Vitamins = 40% of RDI
Calcium = 15% of RDI
In Sweden they are adding JOD aswell and i don't know if thats common in other countrys to but the containing share of JOD in our Milk are 9% of RDI.
So if You are dinking 1litre Milk or 2 Pints who is the same amount as 1Litre You are having 10 times the values of
these i have written here above.
In others word..
B12 Vitamins = 400%
A-Vitamins = 40%
D-Vitamins = 80%
Calcium = 150%
And that all of the RDI !
So why do i think the B12 Vitamins is the key here ?
Well 400% of the RDI makes me think that this is the factor.
The results came quikly to in my eyes when i'm started to drink 1-1½ litres daily ( 3 pints ) and has proven to be the amount to take this effect on my eyes.
However,don't think everything will vanish in Your eyes, but for me the clearer vision is just enought to make my days a little more happier image
Just test this thing and reply Your comments in this thread even if nothing happends.
And last i want to write a warning to all of You !!
Don't run to a drogstore to buy B-Vitamin pills to have the same effect without to have a Doctors approval or recommendation !!
The B-Vitamins are the only Vitamins You can overconsume and are very dangerosly if You are eating to much of it.
Lock at the warnings written on those package containg B-Vitamins !!
However Milk are no't doing You any harm due to it's low contain of the B12 Vitamin.
In ordinary B-Vitamins You are having lots of other types of the B-Vitamins as B2-B6 an so on..
Hope more than my own expiriance will have results for You out ther with the same problems as mine.
