For what its worth. From my point of view, so to speak, the reason that one eye often looks like it has more floaters than the other, is that you are mainly looking through the dominant eye. This results in a reduction of the visual acutely of the floaters in the non-dominant eye. The dominant eyes visual perception tends to provide a layer affect over the non-dominant eye. Thus, you mainly see most objects primarily with the dominant eye. Also, when this is done, you also see what both eyes together see, which includes the floaters in the non-dominant eye, at a reduced level of perception.
