Hy, I have a lot of floater types, black lines, black dots and some transparent worms, they are a big nuisance just outside and on white background, but I only got them around 2 months ago, I try to stop them from getting worse because I read that in most cases they get worse.
I'm from Europe,Romania but I like Chinese,Indian and Japanese cultures, western civilization is too much addicted to material things.
Thanks for telling me about Baba Ramdev, I was looking on the net this kind of things, the pranayamas I saw in one video of his are very interesting, I'm going to include them in my "training" as I like to call it. And his other advices like drinking lots of water in the morning are also interesting, I knew about that but not that it's good for the eyes. Those pranayamas are also good for heart, perfect. The herbs he's talking about are not to be found in my country, but I have equivalents.
The main exercises I have been doing so far are these, for myopia and astigmatism which I also have:

A video of one of Leo Angart seminars, that guy knows what he's talking about, I have minor mypoia and astigmatism for which I never wore glasses but I think they've decreased since I started the exercices but my problem is that every time my eyes get better I overuse my eyes with lots of reading and computer.
You have to keep your mind positive, no matter how worse your condition is, there are always other people in worse condition with positive minds.
I'll also keep you posted if I see improvement.
