Hi. I have been experiencing EXACTLY what you've been describing this last month or so. Many floaters with a big black one in my left eye along with larger ones that are a little bit more 'transparent' than that monster of a ball floater in my left eye. My age is 25. At the initial onset of the floaters a few weeks ago, I was experiencing panic/anxiety attacks in the morning. I was literally kicking my own a$$ out of bed just to get going. I also have the 'pulsating' you've described and its usually in areas where there are no floaters. I have not been sick for the last few months so I have no idea where they have come from and why they seem to be getting darker in form. I got a good look at them out of the top edge of my eye in a light and the floaters seem to consist of many many clumps of small dots that seem transparent but the more dots on top of another, the less transparent the floater appears. I too am looking for anything in terms of treatment to try and still to no avail. Keep me posted on how you deal with yours and lets see if we can help each other with this terrible affliction. I don't think pills will help either but let us see if we can figure something out to help if not rid at least alleviate these stupid floaters. Take care and try to carry on in hopes that one day they will get better. Good luck to us all.
