It depend I think.

If you got rid of floaters in one eye and your floaters are mild/moderate in your other eye then it might be possible for your brain to ignore them over time. But that's just what I think ;)

Also when you have 1 eye done you might actually realise what garbage there is in your other eye and might only get relief when you also have your other eye clear.

In addition when your first eye went fine , you know the procedure and it might be an easier decision to have the other eye done.

BTW: on this board people who did FOV almost always have their other eye done as well in case their first surgery was succesful.
