I Was hoping we could summarize a list of "problems" post FOV. For this exercise, I would prefer to ignore the obvious like detached retina, cataracts and infection. This stuff is posted everywhere. What I'm talking about is stuff like:

1) remaining floaters
2) seeing the edge of the vitreous left behind
3) vision changes
4) brain having problem adjusting (hypno something)
5) gas bubbles
6) air bubble insrted during surgery

I'll edit this post with the input. Thanks
Hi--From what I've read, air bubbles inserted during surgery can bring on cateracts faster, but only if they are touching the lens.  My surgeon says he will insert an air bubble to help seal the incisions and stabilize the eye as it refills, but it will be in the bottom third of the eye and won't touch the lens.  I guess he may have to use more air if iatrogenic tears occur during surgery or if he sees any tears once he gets in there.
