Hi, it's a bit early to say as I'm only just 3 weeks after my FOV, with pvd induced, but I do see some residual crap. Surgeon and some others with knowledge on this board tell me it will eventually resolve, but perhaps add a bit of post op debris that takes time to clear, as a possible complication of FOV.

My own thoughts are that the remaining vitreous behind the lens can cause issues either straight after the op, or in the weeks, months, years after FOV. It is probably years, so people that have had FOV shouldn't panic. There are several people on this board that were left with permanent floaters that are probably related to vitreous behind the lens. With a mainly liquid viterous post op, this liquid gets in behind this remaining vitreous and kind of starts peeling it off, much like moisture peels paint. I guess the good thing is that any sort of chemical agent that induces pvd would also work on the vitreous behind the lens.

Just some comments that probably fit well into possible problems from FOV
