Stringyeye, fibrinolytics can break down already formed clots. They are used in coronoary artery disease as well. Urokinase and tissue plasminogen activators (tp-A) are two such drugs. Again, ask your doctor before taking these drugs!  

But they might worsen your problem by increasnig hemmorhage in your eye.

You still can have phagocytes in the vitreous cavity which is now full of saline. We normally also have phagocytes (macrophages, neutrophils, dendritic cells) in our aqueuous humor in very little amounts. No reason to believe why they wont be in your saline filled vitreous cavity either. Moreover, these phagocytes/monocytescan chemotactically move out of your retinal blood vessels into the saline.
