I am reading all of this intently and hoping for continued improvement for all of you courageous post-FOV'ers. I think, though completely bothersome, my floaters are mild, as compared to many posters here. I think in cases such as mine (where the floaters are smaller, or wispy and only seen in certain lighting conditions), one must think long and hard before taking this operation, as it seems that the post-FOV situation might leave some worse-off.

A case of the devil-you-know... Much less of a risk for those whose floaters are so bad removing 'some' of the floaters would be an improvement. For me, I might just be trading what I have for something else I'd have to adapt to.. and the anxiety of going through that might just tip me over the edge.
