Only you can assess the degree of your floaters. Your drawing shows their shapes but theres much more to it like opacity, anchoring, relative size etc.. What's a better indication of their impact on you is the fact you've taken the time to find this forum and share a drawing of them. With that in mind, there is nothing characteristic of specific floaters that make FOV a bad option, only other eye conditions do. The fact you've had a PVD should help ease the worry surrounding vitrectomy.
