Thanks so much. Do you think the fact the gas made multiple fish-egg bubbles might lead to problems? I was reading that there's less chance of complications, and more chance of the gas keeping the tear in place, if the gas forms one big bubble instead. (These bubbles are actually taking up the whole bottom half of my vision, reaching almost into the middle of my eye.)

Also, I'm supposed to keep my head tilted forward as much as possible till the gas is absorbed, and never to lie on my back. Will it be an issue if I end up on my back for a small part of the night while sleeping, or should I take precautions (like taping a golfball to my back)? What about tilting my head back to give myself eyedrops?

Thank you so much for your help! I always feel rushed in the doctor's office, so never get a chance to ask all my questions.)
