Yesterday I went with my partner to the my eye doctor to make the finall decision, FOV yes or no. And the answer is yes, it will happen in March! The biggest risk (in my case!) is rectinal damage (about 5 %). If that is the case, it's 90 % sure my eye doctor can repair it without a problem.
I have to decide if I want to combine the operation immediately with a cataract operation. I don't know what I do jet. Next month I'll get a scan of my brains to determine what is my dominant eye. They will start with my dominant eye because than there is a bigger chance I can live with te remaining floaters in the other eye. (difficult to explain).
Very exciting!!
