Anyone try exercising? I used to workout tons before my floaters started then i stopped when i noticed them, that was 4 months ago. Today i went to the gym with my friend (even though i really didnt feel like it) and he got me lifting weights but only 7 lbs. (i was up to 15 when i last worked out) and basically was back down to square one, basically learning all over again. I didnt do any cardio, because i have to ease back into it after being off for so long. Basically what im saying that when i started sweating and getting into it, my floaters really werent bothering me. Because everything else in my body was working 100%, and I used to do hardcore exercise when i was feeling depressed as a teenager. I figured this was a positive story to share, as athletics was something that i really wanted to get into since i was fat as a kid.
