Is that correct, the premacular bursa is not actually in the Vitreous, it's behind it? This is the source of transparent, "crystal worm" floaters I assume.
Is a core vitrectomy useless for these floaters? It looks like an area that would remain untouched without PVD, and also how can floaters be outside, stuck between the space between Vit and Retina, what are those floaters swimming in?
